Maria Semple's runaway-hit Where'd You Go Bernedette is getting a film adaption

Annapurna Pictures has released the second official trailer for Where'd You Go Bernadette, from director Richard Linklater (Boyhood, School of Rock). Adapted from Maria Semple's 2012 best-selling comedy novel of the same name, the film follows 15-year-old Bee (Emma Nelson) tracking down her anxiety-ridden runaway mother, the titular Bernadette (Cate Blanchett). Along the way she uncovers details of her troubled past, supported by an impressive cast including Kristen Wiig, James Urbaniak and Laurence Fishburne.
