CBCA 2019 Book of the Year winners announced

The winners for this year's Children's Book Council of Australia (CBCA) Book of the Year Awards have been announced, recognising six noteworthy books for kids across six categories. 

Established in 1943, the CBCA is a volunteer run organisation which aims to engage the young Australians with literature. The Book of the Year awards recognise outstanding contributions to Australian children's literature.
