Wow! What a read.
- I thought this was an amazing book. Yes it is confronting and at times very hard to read but the issues it challenged are worth challenging. It was a book club read for me and I was shocked when most other readers hated it. After our discussion I felt that most had missed the purpose of the story so try it yourself. A compelling read about desperate girls
- Wow! What a fabulous book. The imagery captured the desolation of the land and the desperation of the girls perfectly; you could almost smell them. A very well written and compelling read, I had to find out what would happen to these poor girls. Review by Jane (Posted on 16/12/2016)
