All subscriptions to any of our online products require your email address. You will be sent a regular e-newsletter advising you of new releases of content and editions of online magazines.

Renewals

Renewal reminders are sent in advance of the subscription expiry date to ensure the customer opportunity for uninterrupted delivery. Existing subscriptions are served in full before the renewal subscription commences. If you would like to find out when your subscription expires, please log in to goodreadingmagazine.com.au, go to your profile and view subscription or contact us.

Magazine not received

Good Reading Magazine will re-send a print magazine if it has not been received within 30 days once to the address provided or to an alternative postal address supplied by the recipient. If the magazine has still not been received after this, the sending of subsequent copies will be at Good Reading Magazine’s discretion.

International orders

All international orders incur a postage and handling fee as part of the advertised subscription rate.

The delivery of these orders is subsequently reliant on overseas postal services. Good Reading Magazine Pty Ltd will provide as much assistance as possible in tracing misdirected items but cannot be responsible for items lost by overseas postal services.

Cancellations

If you wish to cancel your print subscription to Good Reading, you can do so at any time. However, Good Reading Magazine Pty Ltd will only issue a refund for the magazines that you have not yet received. Good Reading Magazine Pty Ltd calculates this by dividing the amount you paid by the number of magazines you ordered, giving us the cost per magazine. We then refund that amount for each of the magazines that you did not receive.

If your order is cancelled before all issues are received in the term of your subscription, a cancellation fee of A$20 will be deducted from your refund payment. This fee covers the administration costs occurred for processing of refunds.

We will refund your money by sending a cheque or reimbursing your credit card. The method will be determined by your initial method of payment. Please note that it might take up to seven working days for Good Reading Magazine Pty Ltd to process the cancellation of an order, so refund payments can only be expected after this time. Further time delays can be expected depending on your initial payment method, eg, cheques will be sent in the regular post and can take several days to be delivered.

For subscriptions cancellations arising out of the transfer of a subscription held in an alternative publication, no refund is available, if the transferred subscription is cancelled before the end of its term.

Subscriptions to our online products are non refundable. Login details, which include usernames and passwords, for single user Online Subscriptions or Print and Online Subscriptions must not be shared. If misuse is detected your subscription may be terminated.

Site licences (as part of education and municipal library subscriptions) which utilise a unique url must not be shared outside of the institution which holds that subscription. Unique urls must not be made available publicly such as via an externally accessible institution portal page. Institutions found to be sharing their unique access to Good Reading, SpineOut or PK mag’s website or online magazines will be contacted and potentially have their subscription terminated.
